Devon Communities Together is looking for an experienced housing professional to manage and develop the Devon Community Housing Hub – an online ‘one stop shop’ designed to assist communities in Devon to develop high quality, affordable local housing to meet identified needs.
This is an exciting and varied role. One day you might be researching and developing rich, informative web content to help people understand the benefits of, and options for, community led housing. The next you may be talking to a housing developer about commissioning a Housing Needs Survey, or reporting on the pipeline of rural housing developments in Devon.

Location: Office (currently Exeter) and/or home based
Hours: Full-time
Term: Fixed-Term for 12 months (to be reviewed)
Salary: £27,614 fte
Benefits package: Generous pension, 25 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays
