Halloween marks the onset of winter, when the whole rhythm of Townstal changes. Which is why the Halloween Party is such an important event to get together, have a good time, and catch up with what’s important.
Organised by Dartmouth Community Chest, the 2023 Halloween event took place at the Dartmouth AFC club, with fancy dress, food, a DJ and loads of fun.
Along with the enjoyment of a ghoulish get-together, it’s a valuable time to hear from people post-summer.
